Operating instructions

Insole operation

• Press and hold the power on button for 3 seconds, and the LED red light flashes. (The remote control operation is only effective after startup)
• After the machine is started, the battery key operates in three gear cycle.
• Press the high temperature mode for the first time, the temperature is about 140-149F/60-65 ℃, and the red light is on without flashing.
• Press the medium temperature mode for the second time, the temperature is about 122-131F/50-55 ℃, the green light+red light is on, and there is no flicker.
• Press the low temperature mode for the third time, the temperature is about 104-113F/40-45 ℃, and the green light is on without flashing.
• Press the fourth time to stand by, stop heating, and the red light flashes.
• Press the fifth time to enter the high temperature state again, and cycle in turn.
• Turn OFF: Under the power on state, long press the power on key for 3 seconds, and the LED light will go out.

Remote control operation

• When the insole is turned on, the red light flashes and it is on standby.
• Press and hold the "H" key for 3 seconds, in the high temperature mode, the temperature is about 140-149F60-65 ℃, and the red light is on without flashing.
• Press and hold the "M" key for 3 seconds. In the medium temperature mode, the temperature is about 122-131F/50-55 ℃, and the green light+red light is on without flashing.
• Long press the "L" key for 3 seconds, in the low temperature mode, the temperature is about 104-113F/40-45 ℃, and the green light is on without flashing.
• Press the "ON/OFF" key, the LED light will flash, stop heating, and enter the standby mode.
